The data will be processed mainly by Medical Records, in accordance with Article 14 of the Code of Medical Ethics. This will specifically include:

ART SURGERY processes personal data for purposes and legitimate reasons as listed below and especially when the processing is necessary:

For purposes related to the business activity, when necessary to achieve these objectives, for the benefit of individuals (e.g. registration of participants in training programmes, sending newsletters, announcements and any other direct advertising and information material related to ART SURGERY?s activities and services)
ii. For the purpose of fulfilling the legitimate interests pursued by ART SURGERY such as control, the execution of contracts, the fulfilment of its contractual obligations and the exercise of its rights (e.g. management of payments from third parties, management of the payroll and the payroll
